  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
  • Product Condition: Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and personalized items are not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at chicoutfit7@gmail.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Instructions: Once your request is approved, we’ll send you return instructions, along with a return label if necessary.
  3. Ship the Product: Carefully package the product and ship it according to the provided instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will send you a confirmation email. Refunds may take up to 10 business days after the item is received.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 additional days for the amount to appear in your account.
  • Defective Items: For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a refund or an exchange.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our site.
